Pray for the Spring 2026 Bridge Course

PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE

Beginning March 16th, we’re hosting a streamlined version of our regular fall course. Not the usual five-lane “Golden Gate Bridge,” complete with dinner and a larger volunteer team. But a two-lane “pedestrian bridge,” with coffee & dessert and a smaller crew.

But make no mistake, we’ve still got big expectations of what God will do through this 10-week exploration of the Christian faith. We’ll wrestle with the big questions of life, build relationships with our neighbors, and dive into honest conversations where all perspectives are welcomed.

3 WAYS TO PRAY

  1. Pray about who you’ll bring - Who in your life is seeking answers, isn’t sure what they believe, or has doubts about Christianity? Ask the Lord to give you eyes to see the family members, friends, co-workers, and neighbors who are far from him and burden you for their salvation.

  2. Pray for boldness - Next, pray for boldness to open your mouth, send that text, share the link, and invite them to Bridge. Ask God for opportunities to talk about spiritual things and then seize the moment to welcome them to Bridge and keep the conversation going. Pray urgently over these next 2 weeks leading up to the course for your brothers and sisters at Cross of Grace as they do the same.

  3. Pray for open hearts - Finally, pray that God would go before you, cause your words of welcome to land on fertile soil, and begin drawing our guests to himself. Pray that he would bring your friends, family, and neighbors to Bridge so that they could catch a glimpse of our joy. Pray that the joy we have in Jesus would become a joy they’d soon share with us.

Communion Dinner this Sunday

IT’S TIME TO FEAST

Our annual Communion Dinner is this Sunday, March 1st at 5:00pm. Morning service is cancelled for a celebration of the Lord’s Supper over the course of a full meal. We’ll eat, drink, and behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world through the broken bread and poured out cup. You can look at last year’s photos here.

ALL ARE WELCOME

Here are a couple details to help you and your guests make the most of the time:

  • This is a family dinner so our kids will join us for the meal. No Children’s Ministry classes will be offered this Sunday but coloring sheets will be provided.

  • You’re encouraged to invite your friends, family, and neighbors to hear, see, smell, touch, and even, taste the gospel in a special way.

  • Everyone is welcome to enjoy dinner and share in the common meal with us.

  • All those who have professed faith in Christ and been baptized are welcome to participate in Communion and receive the bread and cup with us - whether members, kids, or guests.

  • If you haven’t been baptized but are interested in taking this first step of the Christian life, talk to a pastor. They’d be happy to tell you more about what it means to believe in Jesus and profess your faith through baptism.

Spring 2026 Bridge Course

PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE

This spring, we’re hosting a streamlined version of our regular fall course. Not the usual five-lane “Golden Gate Bridge,” complete with dinner and a larger volunteer team. But a two-lane “pedestrian bridge,” with coffee & dessert and a smaller volunteer crew.

But make no mistake, we’ve still got big expectations of what God will do through this 10-week exploration of the Christian faith. We’ll wrestle with the big questions of life, build relationships with our neighbors, and dive into honest conversations where all perspectives are welcomed. Click here to learn more about how it works.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Who’s it for?

  • Anyone seeking answers

  • Anyone who isn’t sure what they believe

  • Anyone who is spiritual but not religious

  • Anyone with doubts about Christianity or wanting to investigate the Christian Faith

  • New Christians or newcomers to the church

  • Anyone who wants to “brush up” on the basics

When & where does it take place?

  • Dates: Monday, 3/16 - Monday, 5/18

  • Time: 7pm

  • Location: Hopper & Burr (202 W 4th St, Santa Ana 92701)

How can I participate?

Given the simplified approach this time, we’re purposefully limiting the amount of members who attend. We’ve already got our discussion leaders covered, so here are two ways you can get involved:

  • Bring a friend & attend with them. This is the biggest ask this spring. We’ve got everything else covered, we just need guests to welcome into the joy of Jesus.

  • Pray. Join us as we pray for boldness to extend invites. Ask God to go before us and prepare our neighbor’s hearts. Plead that he would draw our guests from death to life as we gather each Monday night from 7pm-9pm.

Spreading Christmas Cheer

BY SINGING LOUD FOR ALL TO HEAR

This Sunday evening, we hosted our third annual Carols in the Park - and what a joy it was! Church members and neighbors gathered together in French Park for a night of singing classic songs, sharing warm drinks and sweet treats, and celebrating the holiday season. We enjoyed community, welcomed our neighbors to join us for Christmas Eve, and worshiped Jesus Christ - the One who was born to bring us into his joy forevermore!

Thank you to all who served us by singing in the choir, bringing cookies and drinks, and setting up the event! Relive the celebration by scrolling through some photos from the night.

Get Ready to Sing

AT CAROLS IN THE PARK

It’s the best time of year! What better way to celebrate the birth of Christ than by singing loud for all to hear.

This Sunday at 6pm, we’ll gather in the heart of French Park to sing carols, spread Christmas cheer, and welcome our neighbors into a night of community. We’ll serve up some hot chocolate, enjoy sweet treats, and extend an invitation for our neighbors to join us at church on Christmas Eve.

Here’s how you can get involved:

  1. Invite Santa Ana neighbors, family, and friends to an evening of Christmas festivities! We’ve got songs to sing, cookies to eat, and the joys of the season to share with them! You can send out the digital invite linked here.

  2. Along with extending an invitation, consider ways you’d like to get involved, either with setup, joining the choir, or bringing a batch of cookies. Contact us here to sign-up.
