Summer Fun in Santa Ana

Summer is here, which means there are so many opportunities to be among our neighbors and enjoy life together. Here are a few ways you can spend the summer in our city:
Summer Movies are back! Every Friday from June 6 to July 25 (with the exception of July 4), spend your evenings under the stars. Movies take place at rotating parks throughout Santa Ana and they begin at sundown, but the fun starts early!
Arrive at 6:30 p.m. for exciting pre-show activities including:
Kids' games
Arts & crafts
Local exhibitor booths

Fourth of July Celebration. The City of Santa Ana's annual Fourth of July celebration will once again be taking place this year at Centennial Park, on Friday, July 4, 2025 from 5 - 9 p.m. This free community event will include live music, food vendors, inflatables, and an amazing firework show. Recreational swim is open. The pools at El Salvador Community Center Pool, Jerome Recreation Center Pool, Salgado Recreation Center Pool are open from June 2-August 9. Daily entrance fee available for purchase on-site with cash only. Summer 2025 season passes available and provide unlimited access to recreation swim at all pools.
